Bedrosian is simply the 3rd reducer to ever win the honor in the National Organization. 1992 - MLB owners decline to give consent for the San Francisco Giants to move to St. Petersburg, FL. 1997 - Roger Clemens comes to be the initial American League bottle to win the Cy Young Award 4 times. Clemens, the first pitcher given that Hal Newhouser in 1945 to win the pitching Three-way Crown in the American League, led the organization in victories, strikeouts and period in his initial period with the Toronto Blue Jays. Clemens won his first 3 Cy Youthful Honors with the Boston Red Sox in 1986, 1987 and 1991
