This is for anyone who's in the real estate industry, or for anyone who wants to get into the real estate industry. In this course you will find a word document to walk you thorough word-by word what I cover in the course presentation, which is also downloadable as a PowerPoint file; Most importantly is my valuation workbook, which I've created myself based on real residential appraisal reports, and which you can use to create your own personal real estate valuations! This is my first time teaching online, if you have suggestions for improvements or any questions in general, please let me know!
